Privacy notice
Hop On Cebu respects guest privacy while coordinating marine logistics across WhatsApp, email, and regulated payment partners.
Information collected
We capture reservation identifiers, passenger names, WhatsApp-ready numbers, email addresses, nationality when volunteered, dietary notes, and marketing preferences supplied through forms.
Payments
Sensitive payment credentials remain inside Airwallex systems governed by their certifications. Hop On Cebu receives confirmation tokens and reconciliation metadata rather than full card numbers.
Automation partners
Operational workflows may relay structured payloads to n8n automations configured by Hop On Cebu solely for quoting, ticketing, or reconciliation.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep things running smoothly and improve your experience.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our site. They help us:
- Remember your preferences for a smoother experience.
- Track website performance so we can keep improving.
Types of cookies we use
- Required cookies: Essential for site functionality (e.g., booking forms, theme preference, session continuity).
- Optional cookies: Used for analytics and marketing purposes (you can opt out anytime via our cookie banner or browser settings).
By using our site, you agree to required cookies. You can manage or disable optional cookies through your browser settings or by choosing Reject optional on the cookie notice.
Browser storage
The booking confirmation screen reads temporary sessionStorage drafts so returning guests see references immediately after checkout. Clearing browser storage removes that convenience copy. This is separate from analytics cookies and is only used to show your booking summary after checkout.
Retention & requests
Records persist only as long as needed for manifests, taxation, or dispute timelines. Guests may request access or deletion via hello@hoponcebu.com — verification steps apply.
