Refund & cancellation
These guidelines explain how Hop On Cebu balances fair guest protections with upfront catering and crew commitments.
Minimum hull confirmation
Shared Saturdays sail once sixteen prepaid seats are secured. Confirmation against catering vendors closes twenty-four hours before departure. If the booking falls below sixteen seats before that cutoff, we automatically refund captured fares — communications originate from hello@hoponcebu.com.
Weather & authority closures
Where Philippine maritime authorities prohibit sailing or crew deem conditions unsafe, affected guests automatically receive a full refund.
Guest-initiated changes
Seat changes requested more than fourteen calendar days ahead may be accommodated subject to availability. Inside fourteen days we treat adjustments case-by-case because vendors lock portions of their workload — partial credits may apply.
No-show policy
Guests who neither embark nor notify hello@hoponcebu.com prior to boarding forfeit fares absent documented emergencies accepted by operations.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds route through Airwallex back to the original payment pathway and typically settle within five to ten banking days depending on issuer rails.
