Operational copy until finance signs off:

• Unconfirmed hull. If your Saturday stays below the 16-guest cutoff on the published cutoff time, automated refunds roll out or seats roll forward—you pick in the WhatsApp workflow.
• Force majeure / coast guard halt. Full refund back to rails or reschedule credit.
• Guest-cancel. Free changes ≥7 Saturdays out; tighter windows may carry partial forfeits communicated at booking.
• No-show. Miss the 8:00 AM Mactan meet without alerting ops—seat is forfeit unless weather exception.
