Terms of service
Hop On Cebu operates scheduled shared boat experiences departing Cordova RORO Port on advertised Saturdays. By booking or requesting a quote you agree to these terms alongside our refund policy.
Services
Shared trips publish a fixed boarding window (typically 8:00 AM local time), crew, onboard meal rhythm, and entertainment described at checkout. Private charters are scoped separately in written quotations.
Payments
Seat fares are quoted in Philippine pesos and collected via Airwallex hosted checkout prior to boarding unless another arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing. Government levies such as terminal fees assessed by third-party ports are stated separately and remain payable locally.
Minimum participation
Shared departures confirm once sixteen paid seats are secured not later than twenty-four hours before the advertised departure time so provisioning can finalize. Below-threshold timelines are governed exclusively by our refund policy.
Conduct & safety
Guests must follow lawful crew instructions and coast guard directives. Alcohol consumption is permitted only within limits deemed safe by the captain. Unsafe behaviour may result in denied boarding without refund.
Weather & regulatory holds
Departures may pause when meteorological risk or Philippine maritime authorities suspend navigation on our corridor. Where movement is prohibited we reschedule or refund consistent with our refund policy.
