How to get to Cordova RORO Port

· We board around 8:00 AM — plan to be at the gate by 7:40 AM. Trip details: Saturday island hopping guide.

Our meeting point is Cordova RORO Port (Cordova ferry terminal) on the Mactan side — coordinates 10.2427971, 123.9559193. Searching generic phrases like “Mactan island hopping” often sends drivers to the wrong marina or resort. Send your driver our Maps pin below so everyone reaches the same gate.

Google Maps pin

Open Cordova RORO Port in Google Maps — share this link in Grab, Messenger, or WhatsApp instead of typing the address from memory.

At the terminal gate, port staff collect a pier fee — usually around ₱10 per person in cash. That fee is separate from your Hop On Cebu seat or charter payment.

From Mactan–Cebu International Airport (MCIA)

You are already on Mactan Island. In light traffic, a car or Grab ride is often 25–45 minutes to Cordova RORO, depending on which terminal you land at and road conditions. Saturday morning traffic can add time — leave extra buffer so you still arrive by 7:40 AM.

Book Grab or a metered taxi from the official airport pickup area. Paste our Maps link as the destination and confirm with the driver that the drop-off is Cordova RORO / ferry port, not a hotel pier in Lapu-Lapu city proper.

From Cebu City (downtown / IT Park / Ayala area)

You will cross to Mactan via the Marcelo Fernan Bridge or, at peak times, the Mactan–Mandaue corridor. Expect roughly 45–75 minutes by car on a Saturday morning — sometimes longer if bridge traffic stacks up.

Grab is widely used; set pickup from your hotel lobby and destination to our Maps pin. If you negotiate a white taxi, agree on using the meter or a fair fixed rate before you leave, and still show the driver the pin — street names alone confuse even local drivers.

Grab, taxi, and driver tips

  • Destination = Cordova RORO Port via Google Maps, not “island hopping Cebu.”
  • Send the link to your driver in chat once they accept the ride — reduces U-turns on narrow Cordova roads.
  • Have small bills ready at the gate for the ~₱10 pier fee before you walk to our meet spot.
  • If you are running late, message us through Contact with your booking name — we will do our best, but the boat cannot wait indefinitely for a full Saturday group.

When to arrive

Aim for 7:40 AM at the port gate so you clear the pier fee, find our crew, and stow your bag before we target an 8:00 AM push-off. Shared Saturdays only — see Departures for your confirmed date. Private charters may use a different boarding time in your written quote.
